Tracey L. Justice
About
Attorney Tracey L. Justice received a B.A. Degree in psychology from Baylor University in 1985, and she became a licensed Realtor in 1986. She later owned and operated a daycare center for a period of time. She later earned her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001. Tracey became a certified mediator in 2000 and also received a specialized certification to mediate Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship in 2008. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in the Federal Court, Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association, the Northeast Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, the Northeast Collaborative Professionals, and Collaborative Divorce Texas.
Tracey Justice focuses on family law, including divorce, custody, adoption, termination, and child support issues, but also does probate, and general civil litigation. She has been voted as a Fort Worth “Top Attorney” every year consecutively since 2009.
Publications include an article about Collaborative Law for Society Life Magazine, November 2011. Tracey became a member of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics in 2014. She has served on the boards of directors for Ohlook Performing Arts Center, a nonprofit organization promoting theater for children, and also for Stepping Stones Foundation, a nonprofit organization set up to provide clothing and food to local underprivileged families. She is currently serving on the board of directors for Spiritual Outreach Worldwide (S.O.W.), which is a nonprofit Christian ministry serving the people of Ukraine.
She has been married for over 35 years, has 2 children and currently lives in Southlake. She has been an active member of The Hills Church in Southlake since 1998.
